How To Track Your Order

When shopping at WELENY, you can easily check the status of your order and track it by simply choosing the following 3 guidance methods.

1. Log in to WELENY to query

  • After you place an order successfully, you will immediately receive an email about the order information, which will contain the order number of the order.
  • Enter WELENY website, log in "My Account", you will enter your account homepage; you can set according to the content on the dashboard.
  • In "Orders", you can get an overview of your order history and its status. In the case of generating a tracking number, copy your order tracking number, and you can carry out package transportation from the logistics query website in "Tracking packages through the following link" Status query.

2. Mail inquiry

  • After your order is successfully placed, we will send you an email confirming the order information and attach the order number of this order.
  • After the order is processed, we will send an email with the order shipping information, which will include the logistics company that delivered the package, the tracking number of the package, and the link to the logistics website to check the shipping status of the package.

3. Contact us

Our customer service team is happy to help you track your order, and we will answer any questions about order shipping.

The order processing time usually takes 2-4 working days. If your order still does not generate a tracking number after a week, please contact us through your email address. 


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately on the day you place the order. After we receive the order, we will quickly process and send the package. When the order enters the processing state or our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes. Please note that any orders that have been packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.
