Our Return Philosophy

That's why we've created a straightforward return experience designed to give you confidence with every purchase.

Within 30 Days

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Unworn & Unwashed

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, fragrances, makeup, or other signs of wear.

Original Condition

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and returned with the item.

Complete Set

Tailored sets must be returned as a complete set. Individual pieces from a matching set cannot be returned separately.

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Gift Cards
  • Customized or Altered pieces
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or stained
  • Returns sent without prior authorization

Items Not Eligible for Return

Our Quality Commitment

Every WELENY tailored set is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Caring for White Tailoring

To ensure every customer receives garments in pristine condition, we kindly ask that all items be tried on with care.

Please avoid contact with makeup, self-tanner, perfume, lotions, or dark fabrics while trying on your garments, as these may leave marks that make the item ineligible for return.
