Occasionally, orders placed during holidays, weekends and special promotions may require additional processing time, which may result in a slight delay in the processing of your order. We ship products as soon as they are ready, and sometimes we ship them individually. After we ship your order, the tracking number of the logistics company will be sent to you via email. Depending on the logistics company chosen, there may be a delay of one business day from the time we send the order until we get the shipping tracking number.
